Dr. Lorrinda A. Saxby
Lorrinda A. Saxby retired in 2001 as Superintendent of St. Clairsville-Richland
City Schools. Dr. Saxby has an extensive background in the education field in which
she currently serves as a School Improvement Consultant for the Ohio Department
Dr. Saxby has been a member of the Board since 2007 and has an impressive resume
which includes numerous honors, organizational associations, publications, and notable
presentations. She serves on the advisory board for WOUB Center for Public Media
and is a member of the Tuesday Night Club, a women's group in St. Clairsville that
presents research papers on an annual theme, and has been in existence for over
110 years. She is a member of St. Mary's Church in St. Clairsville.
Lorrinda and her husband, Mayor Bob Vincenzo, reside in St. Clairsville. Dr. Saxby
has a daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Ron Weber, and a grandson Justin Randles
in Worthington, OH. She also has a wonderful extended family that consists of three
step-children, 12 step-grandchildren, and seven step- great-grandchildren.
Dr. Saxby has earned a Doctorate from Miami University, a Masters in Education from
Wright State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Urbana College and Administrative
Certification from the University of Dayton.
