Human Resources
The Human Resources Department utilizes the
Human Resources Success Model as a day-to-day guiding resource in achieving
departmental and institutional goals. The Model provides the vision and values
to support the creation of efficient systems, the development of a culture of accountability
and an environment that empowers employees, and to initiate collaborative efforts
with the community.

Belmont College provides the human resources necessary to create and sustain a learning-centered
organization. The College’s human resource system embraces and permeates
all other organizational operations both internal and external, in support of the
