Institutional Research and Planning
The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP) collaborates with college personnel and others in converting data into meaningful and actionable information that is in alignment with Belmont’s Mission, Vision & Values. In brief, the OIRP provides analytical support to institutional decision and planning. With a larger view toward measuring and demonstrating institutional effectiveness, the OIRP also strives to integrate the Mission Statement with plans and activities; to measure progress against a set of comparison groups, benchmarks, and stretch goals; and, to promote knowledge management in relating all its efforts and the College’s organization culture and structure to student success.

HVAC – Since 2019, our HVAC graduates have had a 100% job placement rate.
Nursing – In 2019, Belmont College’s Associate Degree Nursing graduates achieved a 96% pass rate on their NCLEX-RN. The 2020 ADN graduates, who completed their nursing education during the initial months of the COVID-19 pandemic, achieved a 93.1% pass rate of the national average on their NCLEX-RN Examination. The graduating classes from 2019 and 2020 scored above state and national passing averages.
Furthermore, Belmont’s Practical Nursing Program 2020 NCLEX testers achieved a 100% pass rates and is also on full approval by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Medical Assisting – Medical Assisting graduates of Belmont College have a Certification Exam pass rate from the 2018 Cohort of 90%.
Welding – Our program maintains a 94% pass rate on welding certification testing, American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1 3G position.
