Institutional Research and Planning
The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP) collaborates with college personnel and others in converting data into meaningful and actionable information that is in alignment with Belmont’s Mission, Vision & Values. In brief, the OIRP provides analytical support to institutional decision and planning. With a larger view toward measuring and demonstrating institutional effectiveness, the OIRP also strives to integrate the Mission Statement with plans and activities; to measure progress against a set of comparison groups, benchmarks, and stretch goals; and, to promote knowledge management in relating all its efforts and the College’s organization culture and structure to student success.
