OFFICE HOURS

We’re pleased to let you know that ‘in person’ financial aid assistance is now available on campus at the Main Campus beginning Monday, July 20, 2020.

One Financial Aid Counselor will be available for walk in-assistance from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.  For the safety of all, Belmont College has instituted the requirement that anyone entering campus buildings needs to have a face covering, of some kind, on prior to entrance. Failure to comply will lead to removal and lack of service. If you do not have a face covering, one can be purchased in our bookstore.

You are welcome to walk-in and meet with a counselor or you can schedule a phone appointment for any day (Monday through Friday) by calling our office at 740-695-8510.  However, if you need assistance with filing your FAFSA, you will need to schedule an appointment and bring your personal device (i.e., iPad or laptop) with you.

Please enter the building through Courtyard through the Main Entrance doors near the Front Desk.
