Financial Aid 

It all begins with the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), complete your FAFSA by going to The Belmont College School Code is 009941. 


Once you are awarded financial aid, we will mail you a Financial Aid Award Letter. After your initial award letter, any changes to your financial aid awards can be reviewed online at MYFAO -My Financial Aid Office.  You can also check your MyFAO site to be sure all your forms are marked received and your aid is complete. 


What is My FAO? My Financial Aid Office. Check the status of your financial aid award, check for missing documents, download forms, check on your loans and more. You will need your Student ID number and your Belmont College Financial Aid (FA) PIN to access the site. If you do not know your Belmont College FA PIN go to the link above, put in your Student ID and select “Receive my Pin by email” and the pin will be emailed to you. 


We offer a long list of available scholarships to incoming freshmen and/or transfer students, as well are current students. Some scholarships are awarded by various departments of the college on the basis of students’ majors and/or special abilities.

Financial Aid Events on Campus

The Financial Aid Office will be offering FAFSA workshops for new and returning Belmont College students for the 2015/2016 school year. All students who attend a workshop or submit their FAFSA online by April 15 will have their name entered for a prize drawing!
