Financial Aid

 It all begins with the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), complete your FAFSA by going to The Belmont College School Code is 009941.

You should check your MyFAO portal to be sure all your forms are “received” and then your aid is ready to be processed.  Once your documents are all received, we will e-mail you a Financial Aid Award Notification. After your initial award notice, any changes to your financial aid awards can be reviewed online at MYFAO -My Financial Aid Office.

What is My FAO? My Financial Aid Office. My FAO is your 24/7 access to all of your financial aid information.  You can review the status of your financial aid award, check for missing documents, download forms, view your loans and more. You will need your Student ID number and you will need to create a password.

We offer a long list of available scholarships to incoming freshmen and/or transfer students, as well as current students. Some scholarships are awarded by various departments of the College on the basis of students’ majors and/or special abilities.

We have a walk-in policy for students and parents; no appointments needed.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30 pm.  If you are coming to the office for assistance with completing your FAFSA, please arrive no later than 3:00 pm.  Please enter the building through Courtyard through the Main Entrance doors near the Front Desk.
