Belmont College Student Recipient of Belmont Savings Bank Scholarship
ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OH – August 31, 2012 – Awarding students based on academic
quality is a priority at Belmont College. Many scholarships are awarded each year
based on a student’s ability to achieve success in the classroom.
Beth Feller, from Bellaire, Ohio is one such student, as she has been awarded the
Belmont Savings Bank Scholarship.
Feller is a second-year student pursuing a degree in accounting; her anticipated
graduation date is June 2013. She presently works as the Securities Processing Coordinator
at a local bank in their Trust Operations Department. After graduation Feller would
like to advance her career in banking and is considering continuing on to a four-year
institution to receive a bachelor’s degree.
Feller is also a member Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year

said Feller. “I am sincerely thankful to Belmont Savings Bank for making this scholarship
available to me. Their generosity will allow me to pay for books and tuition for
the upcoming semester.”
To be eligible for the Belmont Savings Bank Scholarship, applicants must be second-year
students at Belmont College with at least 45 credit hours and be enrolled in a two-year
business program. Students must also be currently working in financial services,
or planning a career in this industry.
