Belmont College to Offer OSHA Training Program

St. Clairsville, OH (April 17, 2013) – The Workforce Development and Community Education Department at Belmont College will be offering an OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) 10-hour construction industry outreach training program.

OSHA recommends training program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.

The training courses will be offered May 31 and June 1 from 8:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA 10-hour construction outreach DOL (Department of Labor) course completion card.
