Hydraulic Fracturing Lecture Presented to Belmont College Students

St. Clairsville, OH (March 17, 2014) Belmont College recently hosted a lecture event on the topics of hydraulic fracturing process and global warming. Mr. Greg Kozera, author of Just the Fracks Ma’am: The TRUTH about Hydrofracking and the Next Great American Boom and Regional Sales Manager for Nabors Completion & Production Services spoke to students about the hydraulic fracturing process from a professional engineer’s perspective.
Kozera has over 35 years of experience in the natural gas and oil industry. His experience includes working on frack crews, creating engineering designs for fracks and managing large fracking facilities.
A registered professional engineer, Mr. Kozera received his Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Marshall University and his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from West Virginia University. Kozera is a regular industry and newspaper columnist, radio personality and a professional speaker. He has written three books and numerous technical papers and articles. He serves as the President of the Virginia Oil and Gas Association, a member of the Board of Directors of the North American Coalbed Methane Forum and is on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Oil and Gas Association.
The lecture was held at the Belmont College Main Campus in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
