“Judi has the experience and expertise we need to build and expand on the programs already in place to strengthen the college’s current faculty and staff and the employment of future personnel,” said Dr. Paul Gasparro, President. “She has a successful track record of leading higher education human resource programs. Prior to joining CCC, McMullen worked as a National Lead People Consultant for Ernst & Young in their Fraud and Dispute Services Practice. For eight years, she worked for a tier one supplier to the Big Three auto makers. She had four separate operational facilities, each with their own process and client base to oversee.  McMullen started her human resources career with Dow Chemical and then transitioned to Kraft Foods where she performed in both sales and client management roles.

McMullen received her Bachelor’s Degree from Baldwin Wallace University and her MBA from Ashland University, where her emphasis was in Leadership Development.  She also holds the Gestalt Professional Certified Coaching designation from the world-renowned Gestalt Institute, in Cleveland OH.

“I am delighted to have been offered this opportunity and I look forward to working closely with administration, faculty and staff and delivering HR solutions to support the college,” said McMullen.
