Belmont College Announces Commencement Ceremonies
St. Clairsville, OH (May 6, 2014) – Belmont College will honor graduates at their May 13 and 14, 2014 commencement ceremonies; the commencement services will take place at the Main Campus location in St. Clarsville, Ohio at 7:00 p.m. on both days.
Graduates from the following programs will participate in the commencement ceremony to be held on Tuesday, May 13: Associate Degree Nursing; Early Childhood Education; Emergency Medical Services; Firefighter/Paramedic; Medical Assisting; Medical Coding; Medical Transcriptionist; Mental Health; Practical Nursing; and Radiologic Technology.
Mr. Clifford Harmon will deliver the keynote address to the May 13 graduates. Mr. Harmon is the Chief Executive Officer of Harrison Community Hospital in Cadiz, Ohio.
Graduates from the following programs will participate in the commencement ceremony to be held on Wednesday, May 14: Associate of Arts; Associate of Science; Accounting; Bookkeeping; Building Preservation and Restoration; Business Management; Civil Engineering; Criminal Justice; Cyber Security; Data Processing; HVAC; Industrial Electronics; IT Programs; Legal Office; Library; Office Administration; Office Clerk Specialist; Power Plant Technology; Real Estate; Small Business; and Welding.
State Senator Lou Gentile (D-Steubenville) will deliver the keynote address to the May 14 graduates. Senator Gentile is serving his first full term in the Ohio Senate, representing the 30th Senate District. Senator Gentile currently represents Jefferson, Carroll, Harrison, Belmont, Noble, Monroe, Washington, Meigs and portions of Athens and Vinton Counties.
