Criminal Justice Students show their support for the Wheeling YWCA’s Family Violence Prevention Program

St. Clairsville, OH (April 14, 2014) – First Year Criminal Justice Students recently took time out from their Criminal Law Special Review Session with Criminal Justice Chair and Professor Desiree Lyonette on Thursday, April 10, 2014, to show their support for the Wheeling YWCA’s Family Violence Prevention Program (FVPP) in their endeavor to recognize the 2014 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week this April 6th-12th.

 

Lyonette said, “The goal for all involved is to assist in broadening public awareness of the wide range of rights and services offered to crime victims in our local communities, as well as on a national level.”
