Goal: Optimize enrollment with strategies designed and implemented through an integrated enrollment function.
Objective #1: Determine the optimum enrollment which will allow for more predictable resource determination and maintenance of high quality standards.
Objective #2: Research and define student markets and implement targeted recruitment and strategic communication to achieve optimal enrollment.
Objective #3: Tailor strategic communication, recruitment, and early outreach strategies with prospective students from initial contact with the College to enrollment.
Objective #4: Develop benchmarks and monitor key performance indicators for the recruitment of students.
Objective #5: Deploy technology and e-communications that will enhance communication with and services to students.
Objective #6: Create a process to research and provide data for the expansion of current offerings, new academic programs and instructional modalities that respond to the needs of current and prospective students.
