Goal: Implement marketing strategies to advance the Belmont College brand, academic offerings, and the development function.
Objective #1: Elevate the Belmont brand by implementing new and recurring branding initiatives as well as promotional campaigns, with the purpose of solidifying and strengthening the College's position in the marketplace.
Objective #2: Develop multiple public relations objectives and strategies consistent with institutional strategic goals.
Objective #3: Create geographic and demographic profiles of prospective students and potential donors to support the creation of targeted strategic communications and campaigns that speak to the wants, needs, and desires of these specific individuals.
Objective #4: Implement an environmental scanning process that informs decision making in new program development and assessment of current academic offerings.
Objective #5: Integrate marketing principles into institutional processes to encourage a college-wide marketing mindset.
