We offer a variety of courses geared both towards those students who are a career in the healthcare field and those who are not.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
This course provides health care professionals with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to identify, evaluate, and manage patients suffering from cardiac arrest, stroke, foreign-body airway obstruction, and other cardiopulmonary emergencies until advanced treatment is available. Students will practice adult, child, and infant CPR and automated external defibrillation skills. This course is intended for nurses, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, first responders, nurse’s aides, medical assistants, respiratory therapists, and other allied health personnel. Students are required to pass a written exam and skills test in order to qualify for a course completion card.

Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
Designed for individuals involved in child care, this course provides the knowledge and skills needed to respond and react to children in many emergency situations. Content includes child and infant CPR and AED, suspected abuse, plus first aid for a variety of common childhood illness and injuries. Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid meets the training requirements for childcare workers in all 50 states. This course is suitable for child-care and foster-care workers, teachers, coaches and trainers, camp counselors, parents, and other caretakers. Demonstration of skills is required in order to qualify for a course completion card.

Heart Saver CPR/First Aid/AED
The Heartsaver First Aid course trains students to provide basic first aid procedures and skills to adult and child patients. Students will participate in hands-on CPR and AED training during the class. Additional topics include safety, hand washing, and other skills recommended by OSHA. This course is appropriate for oil and gas workers, police, firefighters, security guards, teachers, trainers, and others that are required by work to respond in an emergency. This course is also suitable for the general public and anyone who wants to learn first aid or CPR. Demonstration of skills is required in order to qualify for a course completion card.
