2021 CRRSAA Learner Emergency Grant Application

This form is to be used for Summer and/or Fall 2021 learners who need access to Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) Learner Emergency Grant funds from May 2021 through December 2021 for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to the COVID-19 National Emergency. The maximum grant award over all semesters will be $7,000. Awards will be made as long as funds are available.

I understand that the amount of the CRRSAA Leaner Emergency Grant award disbursement may vary depending on the college's funding allocation and that the timing of the award is contingent upon when the college receives the funds from the United States Department of Education.

I understand that I have the option to authorize my CRRSAA Learner Emergency Grant to be applied to my Belmont College student account balance.
