Goal: Become a powerful and effective partner in fulfilling student aspirations and workforce needs by assuring student learning, building efficient and effective career pathways, and investing in the deep stewardship of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Objective #1: Design relevant academic programs by engaging in faculty-driven programmatic strategic planning and instructional evaluation.

Objective #2: Ensure a highly qualified and dynamic student-centered faculty.

Objective #3: Provide faculty with inspired leadership, support and resources to deliver relevant academic curricula in a student-centered environment.

Objective #4: Ensure highly effective instruction and delivery models that meet students learning needs.

Objective #5: Create student career pathways with multiple entry and exit points and various options for completion by expanding external partnerships and articulation agreements.

Objective #6: Support workforce and economic development through partnerships and leadership in the community.

Objective #7: Create strategic alliances with all secondary school districts to improve the high school to college transition for more students.

Objective #8: Design academic programs, schedules and support services that meet the needs of diverse student populations.

Objective #9: Finalize the student assessment of learning process and implement no later than the fall of 2013.
