Goal: Provide an efficient, safe and effective learning environment along with adequate support facilities.

Objective #1: Design and construct a health sciences center to meet the needs of the health care and natural sciences curriculum.

Objective #2: Implement a plan to continuously improve all current facilities.

Objective #3: Reprogram all facilities that are available due to the creation of the health sciences center.

Objective #4: Implement a sustainable design plan in all facility improvements including new construction and renovations to reduce the college's impact on the environment.

Objective #5: Formulate the biennial capital plan for FY 2014-2019.

Objective #6: Assess and improve the facilities department processes for current and planned facilities.

Objective #7: Study and benchmark facilities staffing requirements to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
