Goal: Accentuate the organizational role to achieve increased efficiency, support a student-centered philosophy, and provide alignment with organizational goals.

Objective #1: Make continuous quality improvement (CQI) a requirement in all College policies, processes, and guiding models through a commitment to energize employees to focus on customer needs.

Objective #2: Collaborate with all College departments to create and launch quality improvement processes in all areas of the college, focusing on the processes, not the individuals.

Objective #3: Benchmark the organizational structure and staffing with similar size institutions.

Objective #4: Establish a plan to strengthen employee skills to become more 'customer-centric' through a continuing education program based on fostering empowerment and accountability.

Objective #5: Evaluate and strengthen the governance model structure to encourage better communication and employee involvement, establish standards of conduct, and increase team productivity and employee empowerment.
